"Get dressed. Gather your favorite people. Meet at Studio 76." That line opens Encore's New Year's Eve page, and it's addressed to whoever happens to be staying at the resort on December 31. Most of Encore Resort at Reunion's December calendar reads the same way. The water park activities, the Finns dining series and the clubhouse party are built around the guest who arrives on a rental stay and wears a wristband for the week.
Further down that same page is a short section headed "Encore Owner Offer." It's the only place on Encore's December calendar where an owner's price differs from a guest's. If you own at Encore and family is flying in for the holidays, that section is where planning the month starts. Once you run the numbers, it changes which ticket makes sense.
Studio 76, priced from an owner's side of the table
The party runs Thursday, December 31, 2026 at the Encore Clubhouse. It has a disco theme, a DJ, a midnight countdown and a champagne toast. The Eventbrite listing names the act as DJ Flatline Live. Here are the three packages:
- Silver: $79 per person through November 30, then $89. Includes admission, party favors, elevated hors d'oeuvres, unlimited non-alcoholic drinks and the midnight champagne toast.
- Gold: $119 per person. Everything in Silver, plus unlimited house wines and draft beers.
- Platinum: $139 per person. Everything in Gold, plus unlimited well cocktails.
Owners get 15% off regular admission pricing. Encore's page says the owner price doesn't apply to Early Bird admission. Run the Silver numbers and the gap shows up:
- The early bird is $79 per person, available through Monday, November 30.
- The regular Silver price is $89. Take 15% off and an owner pays about $75.65.
- That's roughly $3.35 less per person than the early bird. For a party of four, the owner rate comes to about $302.60, compared with $316 at early-bird pricing.
So an owner booking Silver has no reason to rush before November 30. The owner rate beats the deadline price anyway. The offer's wording covers "regular admission pricing," and the page doesn't say whether that includes the Gold and Platinum tiers. Ask the resort before you buy those. If it does apply, Gold would come to about $101.15 and Platinum about $118.15.
Who in your group needs which ticket
Studio 76 welcomes all ages, but every guest needs paid admission. Alcohol is served only to guests 21 and older with valid ID. Eventbrite doesn't list a separate child price. Gold and Platinum differ from Silver only in drinks, so the kids, and any adults who aren't drinking, get the full experience at the Silver price. The $20 between Gold and Platinum buys well cocktails and nothing else.
The total is higher than the ticket price
Encore says prices are subject to 7.5% sales tax and a 26% service charge "where applicable." If both applied to a $79 Silver ticket, the per-person total would be about $105.47. Ask how the charges apply before you add up the family's bill. Tickets count only if they're bought on Eventbrite, and the listing says no other ticketing platform is authorized.
The two pages also list different end times. Encore's page says 8:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., and Eventbrite says 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. Either way, guests who arrive late can get in with a valid admission or wristband. The party is indoors and goes ahead rain or shine. VIP experiences and reserved tables are also offered, and the page notes that tables are limited.
The weekday menu that feeds the house before the party
New Year's Eve is one night. The rest of December at Finns Restaurant runs on a fixed weekly rotation. "Taste Life in Wonderland" runs December 1 through 31, with one themed plate for each weekday.
| Day | Theme | What it is | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monday | Meatless Monday | All-you-can-eat veggie fajitas, proteins extra | $18 |
| Tuesday | Lean & Green Tuesday | Build-your-own plate on Asian, Caesar or Cobb salad with shrimp, chicken or black bean salsa | $10 |
| Wednesday | Power Plate Wednesday | Shrimp, salmon or chicken with seasonal vegetables and a side salad | $16 |
| Thursday | Tacos & Nachos Thursday | Shrimp tacos or chicken nachos, plus the Family Nacho Experience at 20% off | $12 |
| Friday | Stir-Fry Friday | Hawaiian chicken stir-fry | $15 |
The Power Plate has rules: one protein per plate and no substitutions. On Meatless Monday, extra servings of protein are charged separately. For a houseful of relatives, Thursday is the cheapest night to feed everyone, since the Family Nacho Experience is 20% off. Tuesday's $10 plate is the lowest per-person price on the list.
Finns is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Lunch runs until 4 p.m., and dinner runs from 4 to 9. The series page links to table reservations, and Finns notes that menu items and prices can change without notice. If your guests arrive before December, the autumn version, "Taste Life in Full Color," runs at Finns through November 30.
The water park is open daily. The wristband decides who gets in.
At Encore Aquapark, "AquaLife: Live Life in Wonderland" takes over the deck December 1 through 31. Encore's page promises games, creative challenges, crafts, trivia, bingo, poolside activities and sweet treats. The page doesn't give days, times or prices. Plan around the park's posted hours of 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, weather permitting, which Encore says can change. Before December, "AquaLife: In Full Color" runs there through November 30.
Getting in is what shapes the owner's December. The Aquapark requires a valid wristband, and Encore's water park page says eligible guests staying through licensed rental companies can receive one during their stay. The resort FAQ says the park is only for Encore guests staying on property, and that passes can't be purchased. Neither page addresses an owner who is hosting relatives at home without a rental booking. Ask the concierge how wristbands work for your household before you promise the grandkids a December pool day.
Studio 76 is the opposite case. It's sold on Eventbrite, it has a written owner discount, and any guest with a paid ticket can attend. That makes New Year's Eve the easiest Encore event to plan for a family visit.
What the December page leaves off
Encore's events page lists the two Wonderland programs and New Year's Eve for December. No Thanksgiving dinner, tree lighting, Santa visit or Christmas Day event is listed. Under the resort calendar's own listings, the month runs from the AquaLife deck and the Finns weekday loop straight to the Studio 76 countdown. Any family traditions for the days in between will have to come from your own household.
The resort's internal shuttle to and from the Encore Clubhouse runs daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. That's an hour after the Aquapark closes and an hour before Studio 76 opens, so plan your own ride for New Year's Eve.
Mornings before Finns opens
Finns doesn't open until 11 a.m., so breakfast for a full house means cooking or a short drive. Flying Biscuit Café opened on October 26 at 6079 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee, serving breakfast, brunch and lunch daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Its location page lists opening specials: a $7 weekday breakfast before 11 a.m., $10 burgers and wraps on weekdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and $5 Bloody Marys all day. No end date is posted, so check before you go.
